What is your Return Policy?

For coffee products, we unfortunately do not accept returns due to the nature of the product. Apparel & Accessories returns are accepted within 30 days of your order and can be initiated from your Risa Account. However, if you have any issues or complaints about your order, please let us know and we will make sure to take care of you.

Where do you get your coffee from?

We partner with Fair Trade Coffee Farmers all over the world to hand pick the highest quality beans for you to choose from. Our primary roasters are located in Temecula, California.

What does the name "Risa" mean?

Risa is Spanish for "Laughter". Our mission as a company was to introduce products that bring a smile to your face, or a "Sonrisa". We just thought Risa was a catchier name.

When will you get new coffee?

We will be releasing new types of coffee frequently throughout the year and by season. If there is a type of coffee you would like to see, please use the Contact Us page to submit your info and let us know!

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! All coffee orders above $30 are eligible for free shipping and will automatically show during checkout. If you have $30 of coffee in your cart, but also have an apparel item, the shipping shown is for the apparel.

Why doesn't my discount code work?

If you are having issues with your discount code at checkout, it may be that the code is no longer valid. Some codes have expiration dates or required items in order to qualify for the discount. If you have any questions, please let us know!

Do you ship outside of the United States?

At this time we only offer shipping within the United States. If you are interested in ordering and you live outside of the United States, be sure to let us know so we know where to expand next!

Do you offer subscriptions?

Yes! We offer subscriptions to automatically ship coffee to you every 1 week, 2 weeks or every month. Choose this option when you are adding it to your cart!

Why do I see two authorizations on my credit card for my order?

Our payment processing may put two authorizations on your card. This is to calculate the appropriate tax needed for the products in your order. Only one charge will actually go through. If you are charged more than once, please let us know and we will make sure to take care of you.

Why aren't the Apparel images updating when I select a different color?

Make sure to choose your product size first before selecting the color variants. Doing this should update it and show the corresponding options you selected.

Where is my coffee order?

You can check the status of your order at anytime from your Risa profile. If your order has arrived, make sure to check your mailbox as our orders often times are delivered there.
